FAQs

Shipping | Processing Time: The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies.  Some of our items are freshly made to order so it can take up 48 hours to prepare for shipping.

Shipping | Estimated shipping times: Domestic USA  2-4 business days. We will do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. 

Shipping Provider: USPS First Class.

International orders: International orders may take up to 4 weeks to be delivered.  We are not responsible for any custom fees that are applied to your order or if your order gets refused and sent back. Check the customs rules for your country.

Returns: We don't accept returns or exchanges.  But please contact us if you have any problems with your order. 

Order arrived damaged/ faulty: In almost all cases, we would be more than happy to replace any products which arrive damaged or faulty. To arrange this, please complete our online returns form and someone from our Customer Experience Team will be in touch.

Unless advised otherwise, we kindly ask that you return the product(s) back to us so that we can flag the issue with the relevant teams.

Details on how to send the product(s) back to us will be emailed to you shortly after submitting your returns form. Please make sure you label the item(s) as faulty when returning it to us. 

Privacy Policy: We will only use your shipping and billing address and contact information: to communicate with you about your order, to fulfill your order, or for legal reasons (like paying taxes)
